Dimitar Petkanov founded D&N Solutions London to bring the practical, operator-level thinking he learned building companies to consulting engagements with UK businesses.
Over more than a decade as a founder and operator, Dimitar has built and scaled ventures across e-commerce, hospitality, staffing services and business support — designing operational systems, selecting and implementing technology stacks, structuring HR functions, driving growth strategies and leading change through complex project rollouts.
That first-hand experience — actually running the operations he now advises on — is what shapes D&N Solutions' approach. Every framework is stress-tested against real-world constraints: budget, headcount, timeline and the messy reality of implementation.
His advisory work spans the full breadth of the firm's practice: business strategy and management consultancy, IT and digital transformation, HR and organisational design, operations and process improvement, business development and growth, project and change management, and startup and SME advisory. He holds an MSc in Project Management from Arden University and combines academic rigour with the pragmatism of someone who has signed the payroll, chased the invoices and made the systems work.
